It was June 2023... something profound happened in me. And it took me from $40k months to $100k months.

Prior to that, I was stunted in my growth because…

👉🏼 I had always struggled with boundaries and people pleasing. Putting others first was my default, instead of creating a business I was obsessed with and loved, I wanted to make others happy. 

👉🏼 I was creatively pushing my edges constantly with no room to recoup, so I launched offers rapidly. I sold what I thought I *should* sell vs. what God led me to move with.

👉🏼 well, and… I wanted a different kind of clientele… but seeing myself as good enough to lead them was hard. I held my past over my head a lot and discredited my skills and said my heart to serve and serve my people well isn’t enough.

But this is the shocker: WHAT I SAID I WANTED AND HOW I WAS ACTING WAS NOT CONGRUENT.

 ^^ It’s really easy to say things, but it’s hard to BE them. Especially when you *THINK* there is no evidence.

I always tell my clients… you’ll find evidence for what you want to believe.

And if you believe you’re not good enough, and you’er finding evidence for that… then don’t expect the big unreal results to come your way.

SO instead of the incongruence… I sat with WHAT PROBLEMS DO THESE NEW KIND OF CLIENTS HAVE?

From there… I created the first round of The Leadership Uplevel, but at the time it was called $40k Leader.
