In this call, I share the Life Wheel exercise as a powerful self-awareness tool to assess satisfaction across different areas of life and business. The group then rates their satisfaction with clients, marketing, branding, launching, content/messaging, operations, and offers/services. I highlight common themes and pain points, noting the need to address issues like sales, marketing, and content.

- Schedule CEO days or a CEO week once a month, where you completely step away from client work and content creation. This allows you to recharge, get clarity, and return to your businesses with renewed energy and creativity.

In this call we discuss topics such as:
Embodiment before evidence. Ruthie coached Caz through identifying a “manager part” (Harriet) keeping her small by convincing her that fun, creative work isn’t “real business.” The work is to build safety before proof exists.
Self-identifying shifts lead to client shifts. Caz is attracting misaligned, draining clients because she’s still self-identifying as a service provider taking orders, not as a creative leader guiding her clients. The identity leads the client behavior.
Environment matters. The people you surround yourself with (clients, peers, mentors) impact your ability to see possibility. Being around people stuck in struggle reinforces your own limiting beliefs.
Product-based creative business expansion. Ruthie explored possibilities with Caz around adding product-based creative offers (digital art, bath products, ritual kits) as a way to reconnect with joy and autonomy while building income.
For Denise: Expanding her offer suite. Ruthie helped her map a simple scalable offer ladder: low ticket → mid-level group (Becoming) → high ticket private. Also encouraged Denise to start boldly sharing her thought leadership on divorce, codependency, and narcissism with more nuance and confidence.
