MONEY GETS TO BE EASY

I haven't always believed this. In fact, it used to piss me off when I would hear that phrase. But now, I KNOW this to be true.

I would never have admitted it 10 years ago, but this was all me.

That version of me would have been absolutely mortified to share the details.

Anytime I sat down to have a good look at my money situation, it always resulted in a panic attack, cry fest, or me engaging in self destruction-- all very counterproductive. It caused me great pain because it was so much more than just I was broke, struggling to make ends meet and living paycheck to paycheck It brought up layers of struggle and pain for me.

So much judgment.

So much fear of not being good enough.

So much disbelief in myself.

So much shame for past choices and mistakes.

If you’re feeling that right now, I completely understand. I’ve been there. I’ve been that girl. It sucks. But the truth is, the only thing that we can do in this situation is heal.

My past led me to taking control of my healing.

In that process, created a method for myself to heal my relationship with money. That method became this course.

I made these choices and I cannot tell you the ripple effect it’s had. I did it not only for me and my family. But for you- the woman sitting on the other side of the screen. I did it for the woman who is wondering when will it be her turn.

I lived in the pattern of needing to be rescued from my shitty money circumstances.

I remember sitting in the living room of our 2 bedroom apartment outside of Seattle, crying because I couldn’t believe where I was in my life. I was 29 feeling so stuck and disempowered. The degree I was paying off and worked hard for wasn't being used. In fact, I had to give up my dream to be a professional opera singer to take care of my baby. Shortly after, I became a single mom and opened my first business on the same day.

After 4.5 years of hustle at a full time job while running a healthy and fitness business, I still felt like I could never get ahead. I was so exhausted from busting my ass at jobs that I hated and collectors constantly calling me.

My health was deteriorating from stress.

I was angry, frustrated and so exhausted and felt like I had ZERO idea how to change it.

Prior to this ONE moment, this disempowered version of me believed that someone else was going to fix the issue. All my faith was lying in something big happening like winning the lottery, or getting a huge raise, or I'd meet and marry a rich guy.

What I eventually realized was that none of this involved me actually healing all these shitty stories and making lasting change. In fact, I did everything BUT that.

All my faith was in others and things outside of me, not in myself or the idea that I already had everything in me to change things for myself.

I was waiting to be rescued, which felt incredibly horrible.

But that was then and this is now, and I have completely changed it all.

Now I understand how money works now. I did NOT back then.
Now I understand that money is energy.
Now I understand that my relationship with money is reflection of how I do life.
Now I believe the healing we do on the inside shows up on the outside.
Now I believe and am living proof that it gets to be so easy.
Now I believe we always get to have everything we’ve ever wanted.
Now I believe we always get to call the shots.
Now I believe we always get to only take action that feels good to us.
Now I believe we always get to ditch our limitations.
Now I believe we are master co-creators in our truest nature.

So when, how, and why did things shift for me? It all shifted when I made a choice to get super honest with myself.

When I made a choice to heal.
When I made a choice to shift.
When I made a choice to clean up my side of the street.
When I made a choice to see things in a new way.
When I made a choice to only do what feels good.

When I did all of these things and continued to do them no matter what... things really started to change for me.
