FOR ALL PROGRAMS, MINIMINDS AND MASTERMINDS: If you choose to pay through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds, cancellations or transfers.

LATE FEE POLICY:

The updated late fee policy is as follows:

1. Payments must be made within 30 days of the due date.

2. A late fee of 11% will be imposed for overdue payments.

3. In the event that a late fee is imposed, the client shall temporarily lose access to program materials and services until the outstanding payment, including the late fee, is paid in full. Once the payment and late fee is received - the client shall regain all access to program material and services.

4. If the payment remains unpaid for an additional 30 days, an additional 11% late fee will be charged.

5. Late fees will continue to be imposed every 30 days until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
