I should probably introduce myself before I share my life’s money story and tell you all about why you Rich Rebel Academy is for you…

I’m Ruthie Cease, a Money Mindset and Business Coach, Digital Course Creator, wife to Kevin and Mom to Liam and Logan. Teaching about all things money is my favorite thing ever. It’s probably a shock because it’s no mystery that I have a pretty dark and twisty history with money. My money story was a BIG struggle in my life, and ever since birth, I’ve had a hard time trusting my body. I’m just now putting the two together and how my body story has fucked up my money story.


Being stuck in my old stories combined with a lack of trust for my human body equated to me not being able to see the signs or opportunities for growth, and having to learn my life lessons the hard way. All of the lessons I learned caused massive change, stress, and shifts in my life that left me feeling some pretty intense shame around my choices and who I was as a person. Then a LONG road of self judgment, shame and self hate led me to believe deeply that I just was a bad person who deserved what she was receiving.


And intuition? Ha! WTF was that? Whenever my body would present an opportunity for me to connect to myself and do the work, I would immediately numb it as a mean to avoid connection, inner work or even peace! I mean, wtf? Truly, it never occured to me that this might be why my bank account (amongst other things) was struggling. Until about a year ago, I guess I just believed or hoped that if I just avoid this, it’ll handle itself or someone else will take care of it for me-- which led to problems magnifying and getting much bigger.


WRONG!
It doesn’t have to be this hard, fucked up or twisted. We can heal our shit, connect to ourselves and truly make unlimited amounts of money. Abundance is our birthright. But...if you want to make more money, avoiding will your shit will not make it happen!

I always tell my favorite humans/students/clients: avoidance, bypassing, ignoring, shaming, or blaming will never ever accelerate your healing or your manifestation process. It will always slow it down or pull it to a dead stop.

This is not who I am anymore.
I am on the other side and I’m determined to teach others how to connect to themselves, their bodies and energy of money to make more money...and not just once, but whenever they want!

Look, if you read my story above and could relate at any point, what you need to know is… these feelings and experiences you’ve had in your body are signs.

It amazes me how many people I know have bodily reactions to money, but don’t do the work to figure out where it comes from, why it’s happening and how to work through it. What so many women fail to see is that they struggle with a feeling, and that feeling is an extension of a belief. While it all starts with your mindset, I want to teach you how to get back to that once things have progressed to feelings in the body.

The tricky thing most don’t realize about money is… you cannot get rich in the same environment in which you became, stayed and felt poor. So you must change. Your body is asking you to dig deeper and heal, so you can finally feel at peace with money and call more in. It really does want to work for you, not against you.

I firmly believe this stuff pops up so we can learn from the human (bodily) experience we’re having.

This stuff comes up because your BODY is now saying… “It’s time to do the work, ok?!” It’s certainly not meant to be avoided or resisted. It’s meant to be noticed, recognized, seen, healed, and released.

Listen, it’s time to tune into what’s happening in your body, because it’s telling you it’s time to go deeper. So let’s go!

Connection is the easiest thing to avoid
when you’re stuck in your hustle.

It’s easy to get caught up in all the stress of making money to support yourself and your family, running an online business, being married, taking care of yourself, of everyday life, and of all kinds of ebs and flows of life...

I get it, because I do this a lot and forget to slow down and connect to myself and the ones I love most.
Especially myself.

This used to be super common for me to do— even when I finally figured out why.

IF ONLY I HAD FOUND WHAT WAS BLOCKING MONEY SOONER!

If only I dropped my resistance around doing the inner work on this one particular thing. But because it was very painful... I avoided it. It was too heavy.

We don’t stop to think about...

Who suffers when we void the work? Everyone.

If we all keep avoiding our shit, we will absolutely end up missing out on the light shining even brighter. We delay our healing and the manifestations of our desires.

It is time to embrace all levels of your shitty story and heal them...

>> Use it for the greater good instead of letting it run you day in and day out.
>> Use it to step into your next level self.
>> Use it to learn how to trust your intuition and use it often.
>> Use it to set new aligned rules for yourself.
>> Use it at any moment to call in exactly what your hearts been desiring all this time.
>> Use it and let it guide you, just as it’s meant to.
